Location is great. Rooms were large and clean.
A little outdated as far as availability of ports for phones, tablets and computers. Also, counter space in bathroom is too little.

I liked the location (in the middle of everything). It’s clean to sleep and shower.
I didn’t like the staff- front desk was good but bellman was rude at the beginning when we said can we park here while we check in? He answered its at 3- could have said you can and ask front office if available but not friendly then took our bags and when we asked what room he said the floor and my dad asked again and didn’t answer- we still tipped him but he could use some customer service training.

Hotel Soratama is located in the city center, but it’s in an area where you wouldn’t feel comfortable stepping outside at night. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the room furnishings were updated and decent. The staff only speak Spanish, which can be challenging for international travelers. Breakfast was decent, and overall, you get fair value for your money.
