The cleaning service was great. The pool lady from Argentina was great. Reception can be improved.
It is not a 5 star hotel. I.e no room service except for breakfast and borrowing an iron for example you need to go and fetch yourself also 4 out of 7 days pool bar was unattended. It Is a good 4, but no gym, Restaurant is pretty average for the hotel. (The Michelin star experience is amazing but else very average). The “spa” is not a spa at all, and would highly recommend to not book. Massage service was ok Overall good room will only recommend to stay 1 night max.

Nice , very large room, private.Nice breakfast, beautiful grounds
Strange mix of good and bad. Restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday, food in town elsewhere those nights is limited and lousy. Shower drain was blocked so room flooded. Bathtub leaked so room floor wet again.Stupid to have you take your luggage from car park to reception for check in to only then walk back from Reception again to where the rooms are with your luggage. N
