La struttura super accogliente e molto tranquilla, se cercate la pace questo è il posto giusto! Camera eccezzionale, letto e cuscini comodi, balcone con una vista spettacolare. Piscine, saune, parcheggio privato tutto veramente perfetto!! Tisane da provare veramente buone !! Colazione a buffet ottima, cena anche lei ottima varie scelte anche per chi è vegano o vegetariano!

Amazing stay. So peaceful, picturesque and beautiful. Perfect stay after hiking through the meadow. Pool and sauna were also amazing. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic but particularly dinner. Can’t fault this place.

What a wonderful stay, in such a dramatic location....Alpe de Siusi! The room was quite large, and completely equipped with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and had everything! The outdoor pool & hot tub was an incredible way to lounge back at the end of the day, gazing at the towering peaks. Wow! The food at the restaurant was excellent! As were the wait-staff! Onsite parking was a great plus, and the spaces were not too small.
The front-desk staff were 6-star - attentive, helpful, and very good English . Thomas especially, was super nice from the moment we walked in - highly professional, answering questions (including things we hadn't thought of). They organized the permit to drive to the hotel on the controlled road, and it all went absolutely smoothly.

We only stayed for one night but honestly wished we could have stayed a million more! We arrived in the evening and received such a lovely welcome from the lady at reception. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, answering all our questions about the hotel and surrounding area, especially as we were planning to hike to a nearby rifugio in the mountains the following day.
The room was spotlessly clean and felt luxurious. We had a great dinner at the hotel where they offered both à la carte and a set menu. The staff were wonderful throughout, and we slept like babies. The outdoor pool was stunning as well as the breakfast buffet that came with freshly squeezed orange juice and pancakes.
Also the pre-stay communication was really helpful, as the staff provided us with the driving permit needed to access the area (a UNESCO site). They also kindly allowed us to leave our car parked for an additional night for a €30 fee, which was really convenient.
Would highly recommend!
The pools are open in the morning and afternoon, but the saunas etc are only open in the afternoon. We arrived around 7:30pm and were only staying one night so we unfortunately missed the sauna opening hours. Just worth knowing if that’s something you’re hoping to use.
It’s also on the pricier side, but if you’re looking for a special and relaxing experience, we definitely felt it was worth it.
