We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the warmth, care and attention shown throughout. The hotel is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
Davide and Eugenio were both outstanding. Their service was warm, thoughtful and incredibly attentive, and they had a wonderful way of making everything feel personal without ever being intrusive. They consistently went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, and their genuine kindness was one of the things we will remember most about our stay.
The care taken around dietary requirements was particularly exceptional. Rather than simply offering alternatives, the team made a real effort to understand what was needed and ensure that we could enjoy the food without feeling restricted or like an inconvenience. Davide and Eugenio were incredibly considerate in checking everything carefully, while Leonardo, the chef, went above and beyond to create dishes that were not only suitable but genuinely delicious. That level of thoughtfulness made such a difference and made every meal feel special.
The food itself was outstanding, with excellent ingredients, beautifully balanced flavours and a clear attention to quality. The croissants at breakfast were particularly memorable. It was lovely to feel that dietary requirements never meant compromising on either choice or enjoyment.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the tension massage with Michela, which was fantastic and another highlight of the stay. The team were equally helpful when it came to recommending local activities and places to visit, and their suggestions helped us make much more of our time in the area.
The live music in the evenings added beautifully to the atmosphere, and the exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was also noticeable, everything felt immaculate, carefully maintained and thoughtfully presented.

What a magical stay!! As soon as we parked up in the garage we knew we were in for something special. the design of the parking garage onsite alone sets the scene for how incredible the interior design and decor is of this hotel. not only that, it is matched with the most impeccable staff and customer service from reception to waiting staff. They could not do enough for us! The food was exceptional - every single night there is a different menu (highly recommend including half board in your stay if you are around the hotel for meal times!). I opted for the 'comfort' room thinking it would be small but we would be out majority of the day but my gosh it was HUGE. I can only imagine what the other rooms are like, absolutely incredible room with a breathtaking view of the mountains and scenery around the hotel. A hotel experience we truly we will never ever forget and I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay the most luxurious, tranquil and perfect bubble surrounded by the beauty of the mountains!! I also loved that the hotel is dog friendly, we met the most gorgeous well behaved doggies and would love to come back one day with our fur baby! Do not hesitate to stay here!!
The only thing we can think of is longer serving times for meals would have been better for us especially as majority of customers head out early for hikes/cycling. breakfast at the hotel is between 7.30am-10am I believe (6-7am early starts meant we couldn't have breakfast before heading out) and 7-8.30pm dinner times (6pm-9pm would be better!)
