L'accueil a été exceptionnel. Une attention particulière a été portée à nos demandes et de très bons conseils nous ont été donnés avec toujours sourire et bienveillance.
La chambre suffisamment grande avec un petit salon. La literie est très bonne.
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, non seulement par son offre et aussi par l'accueil.
L'espace bien-être très qualitatif.
Nous sommes ravis dans notre séjour au sein de cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons.

אם הייתה אפשרות לתת יותר מ-5 כוכבים – הייתי נותן בלי לחשוב פעמיים.
התארחנו במלון Aaritz, וזו ללא ספק הייתה חוויית האירוח הטובה ביותר שהייתה לנו עד היום.
בראש ובראשונה תודה ענקית לסוזי, בעלת המלון, אישה מדהימה שמנהלת את המקום באהבה ובמסירות יוצאת דופן. היא נמצאת בכל מקום, דואגת באופן אישי לכל אורח, ותמיד מוודאת שלא יחסר דבר. מרגישים שהיא משקיעה את כל הלב שלה במלון ובאורחים.
אבל מי שהפכו את החופשה שלנו למיוחדת באמת הם סרג’יו ואנג’לו. במהלך השנים התארחתי בעשרות בתי מלון בארץ ובעולם, ומעולם לא פגשתי צוות עם תודעת שירות, מקצועיות ואכפתיות ברמה כזו. כל בקשה נענית בחיוך, במהירות ובאהבה אמיתית. הם עובדים ללא הפסקה, תמיד עם אנרגיות טובות, ונותנים תחושה שכל אורח הוא האורח החשוב ביותר. רואים שהם לא רק עובדים שם – הם חיים את המקום ומתייחסים אליו כאילו הוא הבית שלהם.
האווירה במלון חמה, משפחתית ומזמינה, ובזכות האנשים המדהימים שמנהלים אותו הרגשנו בבית מהרגע הראשון ועד העזיבה.
תודה ענקית לסוזי, לסרג’יו ולאנג’לו על חופשה מושלמת ועל זיכרונות שניקח איתנו עוד שנים רבות.
אין לי ספק שנחזור שוב, וממליץ מכל הלב לכל מי שמחפש אירוח ברמה הגבוהה ביותר
