The hotel property and staff are amazing; the location and services offered are excellent, and everyone is friendly. I loved the dog hosting option too, although I didn't bring my pet. I recommend the hotel for a winter experience for skiing or a sports experience during the summer.
We came in the summer season; the hotel offers many sports activities; however, it doesn't offer low-impact sports activities and tours during the summer time.

服务态度很好。
服务的流程太过僵化复杂，耽误很多时间。入住时提供的迎宾饮料，本来感觉很温馨，但是等了10分钟没来，等了20分钟没来，等了30分钟实在没有耐心放弃了。到了房间发现没有收到，应该早就到达房间的行李箱。查询了半天，结果把我的行李箱送到朋友房间去了，然后行李员又把朋友的行李拿到我的房间来了，然后最后花了很多时间才把它换过来。晚上吃一个泡面要两把叉子，结果还要收6欧元的房间服务费，这6欧元够买10把叉子了。哈哈哈
