Posizione e parcheggio comodi camere curate nel dettaglio , ottima spa e piscina con bellissima vista
Non c'e ascensore per le camere superiori , prezzo per il cane altissimo non specificato su booking (45€ al giorno) poca scelta nel cibo se si fa pensione completa

Il personale alla reception dovrebbe essere piu' preparato nelle lingue e nei consigli da dare agli ospiti dell.albergo
A parte un signore quello più anziano e molto disponibile alla reception , gli altri a malapena parlano l'italiano e sanno darti consigli

Well maintained. Wellness area sauna is hot. Mini Club was nice. There is an evening reception staff who is friendly and always wears a smile on his face. The bar staff is nice too.
In the restaurant. the bald gentleman was passive aggressive on multiple occasions and it was not due to the language issue. Half board food was average at best. Jacuzzi gets filthy. Limited shuttle service. I was also assigned a room that was different from what I booked. The daytime receptionist claimed he was new and couldn’t help me and instead asked me to wait until checkout day for the manager who did not show up. This was disappointing for a reputable hotel.
