The room was enormous with a beautiful view. Beds comfortable. Dinner was excellent every evening and breakfast had everything you could want. The staff was my favorite. They work so hard and are lovely!

Outstanding location and the meals were fantastic. My kids loved meeting other families there and exploring the pool
To lofts on the second floor get warm in the summer and could use slightly more circulation

Nice facilities and good food.
The staff were not very friendly and acted noticeably friendlier towards Italians. The lack of English speakers also made it difficult and there were several miscommunications. It was disappointing.
I think for dinner there should be an option to not have a four course meal and to include the pizza restaurant as an option which is more kid friendly.
