Alt! Vi havde et skønt, stort værelse med balkon og udsigt. Det var funktionelt og rent. Den allerstørste ros er til personalet, der altid var smilende og venlige. Særligt tjenerne til morgen- og aftensmad skal have stor ros. De var nærværende og opmærksomme på eventuelle ønsker. Og de fik én til at føle sig som en kærkommen gæst. Også køkkenet skal roses, for hver eneste aften blev vi forkælet med lækre retter. Til morgenmaden var der velsmagende kaffe, frisklavet røræg, pandekager m.m. efter ønske.

The setting, the location and the staff. The surrounding is beautiful, it is steps away from the Main Street of town and the shuttle bus and the staff was super helpful, courteous and friendly.
There was no ventilation in the bedroom unless you opened the door to the shared balcony and if you did leave the door open the room darkening curtains wouldn’t close. The staff gave us a standing fan which helped but the room was still stuffy.

We booked the superior double room - when we got there we were given an older looking room (if you scroll all the way to the last pictures, that’s it). The staff was amenable to change our room to the one that looks like the pictures on booking.com (with the point that we were lucky there was one free and that we should have specified, in the messages, which type of superior room we wanted). The bathroom is old & both the room and bathroom have subpar ventilation: in the morning we could see humidity on the windows and it got to the point that it was on the floor under the windows too - my luggage got wet and it was slippery; the bathroom door has water/humidity damage on the bottom. There was humidity from the spa area in the common rooms as well - there was that particular smell of swimming pool disinfectant as we were going to our room (which was 3 floors away from the spa).
Although we asked the front desk several times to remind the cleaning staff that if the “do not disturb” sign is on the door that they shouldn’t come in, they repeatedly entered the room to tidy up - i understand it’s their property and they can enter at any time but one day they even came twice - moved my pijama in one place the first time, then moved it again. The breakfast was average though it was a nice touch to choose your egg preparation. Coffee was disappointing, especially being in Italy.
The parking is inaccessible from the hotel itself though it’s very close and you get your own spot and remote control for the gate but it can be annoying.
