Perfectly locate behind the palace it is in a quiet spot, and within walking distance with all amenities. It is also an area that is a little less touristic and more locals lives there rather than only tourist oriented. I got the top flat with view of the volcano on a clear day. The rooms are clean, nice and lovely. The pool is nice and the garden delightful! It is not luxury but well worth the price. (Ps. The owner is one of the Gamelan player at Ubud Palace, you can spot him playing there at night and the neighbours in the smalls houses around are lovely people)
I forgot to take photos of the room as it felt like home (not it is not a negative point at all)
