The location is amazing, in the center but just on a quiet street which makes it incredible as ubud is very loud. Breakfast was so tasty especially the banana pancakes.

The building is small and well maintained. The host is very helpful. We had our breakfast everyday on the balcony and it was so relaxed. Clean and quiet. The quality of the place exceeds our expectation.
The only shortcoming is location. Although is is near the palace, but it is in a small alley. We need to walk 600 m into the alley. But considering the price, we definitely will come back again.

We loved our stay here. The family who run it are very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. The hot water was consistent in the shower. They provide water bottles every day. Breakfast was great. The location is very good. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would 100% recommend.

This was a wonderful location, the staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also really delicious. The views were also lovely from the balcony.
Unfortunately the bathroom smelled a little bad from the odours coming in from the street outside but it was ok as long as we kept the door closed.
