ABOUT OUR LOCATION: Whistler Creekside Gondola - 42km/25mi Vancouver Stanley Park - 48km/30mi Quick and easy access to highway 99! We are located in a neighbourhood called "Northyards" we are in close proximity to the Train Museum but don't worry the sound from the trains doesn't really carry to where we are located. Our place is also a very quick walk down to where the Squamish and Mamquam rivers meet and have a lot of great, mellow walking trails along the rivers. We have several amenities within less than 10 minute walk from the house such as: Backcountry Brewing Tall Tree Bakery North Yoga Spice Root Restaurant Brennan Park Sport Center and free outdoor tennis courts Ground Up Climbing gym Bounce Tampoline gym Mountain Fitness Centre PETS: Dogs are welcome at an additional $30 per reservation. Please let us know if you are bringing any furbabies with you at time of booking. OTHER RULES/THINGS TO NOTE: Smoking is not allowed indoors. No parties or events allowed. We try to keep the cleaning fee to a very reasonable rate so ask for your help in keeping the house tidy! We also ask that the dishwasher and a load of laundry be started before leaving so there is ample time for our cleaners to do a second load. Our neighbourhood is undergoing some upgrades along with many older areas of Squamish. There are not many places in Squamish right now that have no construction happening! There can be some residential construction noise during weekdays/regular business hours. We have not had any guest complaints about noise.
