Squamish Adventure Inn

Great outdoor patio for relaxing or eating right on the river and overlooking the Chief. Large kitchen for guests to use and space for food in the fridge and pantry. Lots of cosy spaces for guests to enjoy. Great location, quick walk to the main street.

Overall the hostel/hotel is a very nice facility. The kitchen and common areas are very clean and nice, with big fridges and storage areas. The outdoor space is also very nice. The bedroom was spacious, we were in a private triple room. The shared bathroom on the 3rd floor was pretty small, with only 2 sinks and 2 showers shared for both genders. This was a downfall. The 2nd floor bathrooms were single sex and much more spacious.

Staff were great. Hostel type accomodations with private rooms available. Wifi and all the facilities worked fine. Close by the cycle path that leads to the Squamish Adventure Centre and faces the river.

Located close to the highway so traffic noise could be a problem depending on which room you got. The chargeable bike storage lockers were cramped but could just about fit 2 MTBs. Laundry could only be done from after 6pm and costs $4 for washer and $4 for dryer. Detergent pods were an extra $1. Pricey for the rooms available.

Awesome location, right on some paved trails that run along the river! Coffee available in the kitchen downstairs in the morning, next to communal fridges, which was lovely. The staff were kind and helpful!

The shared bathrooms left something to be desired — the showers were pretty dirty. The bedding in the bedrooms seemed clean-ish, but was also covered in several long human hairs (I’m guessing it was picked up in the laundry or when someone was folding it).
