We had an amazing stay at this spa hotel in Taiwan and truly felt pampered from the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, and the beautiful views made the whole experience even more special.
What stood out the most was the incredible staff. The team constantly thought about every little detail and always tried to make sure we had everything we needed before we even asked. Their level of care and hospitality was exceptional.
One of our guests is vegan and gluten-free, and the hotel went above and beyond to prepare special meals for her throughout the stay. Every dish was thoughtful, delicious, and prepared to a very high standard, which made a huge difference for us.
The only small disappointment was that the outdoor pool by the river was not operating during our stay. Aside from that, everything was simply perfect.
We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and grateful for such a wonderful experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and relaxing getaway in Taiwan.

This place was amazing in every aspect, I’ve never seen a staff so kind and considerate in my whole life, the experience was tailored on our necessities, they took lovely initiatives for our anniversary, the hot springs are beautiful and relaxing, the food his high quality and balanced. It felt like a dream, we will come back for sure
