寵物友善服務好，周邊也有適合遛狗的空間(愛狗同好請務必隨手清狗便/一起為寵物友善環境盡心力) 1樓大廳緊鄰星巴克，外送平台滿滿的北投美食可選擇，餐點選擇豐富又方便飯店整體及客房設計新穎乾淨

隔音真的如網評說的不好耶晚上睡覺不知從哪來的敲擊聲(有點像是冷氣口發出的異音)倒不是什麼靈異事件，整體還是住的安心的，但淺眠者就比較困擾了，建議要改善會大大加分飯店評價

Poor

From my experience, there were several problems. First of all, I checked in to the hotel past 12pm in the noon time. The hotel said, they could not give me a room until 3pm. I was forced to leave and get my room at 9pm in the evening. When I checked in, they never told me about the breakfast time and the floor. The next morning, I went to breakfast past 10am and the restaurant was closed. I asked for a taxi for the nearest MTR station and they never told me it was only 5 mi minutes away, and I could walk. The worst experience was I woke up at 9:10am in the morning and the cleaning partly opened the door without even knocking. I only had a T-shirt on at that time. She asked me, when I leaving the hotel. I feel like an employee and not a hotel visitor. Good thing I was only a solo visitor and not traveling with my boyfriend or husband, else the experience would be unspeakable. I told the staff about my experience and hotel did nothing to help.

Overpriced and got a much smaller room with worse view.

On Booking.com, on-day prices were cheaper than what I had reserved for. I ended up paying at least US$100 more for the two-day stay. I won't be using Booking.com for this hotel again, or probably other hotels.

Good

I like the greenery view & serenity at night. No loud walking or talking noises from corridor, soundproofing is good. Lobby staff are helpful when approached. Room is clean but discovered some stains on 1 of d under side of pillow & on the bedsheet under the blanket which is to my disappointment.

Lack of facilities. They don't even have a swimming pool. Location wise is not very convenient. Lobby do have a snack bar but not complimentary. Breakfast not much variety which is another disappointment. A mix of western toast n bread, ham n sausages which are plain, cold & dried; plain porridge n very little choice of sides to go with it. Not recommended. Go out & explore TW local bkft better!

Spacious room with very comfy bed and good noise protection. We weren't bothered by any of our neighbours.. Staff were friendly and the self-serve amenities were useful (e.g. laundry and microwaves). There's a Starbucks and bar in the hotel lobby. Good place to base for a day out at beitou without paying the same rates as hotels in the direct area

There isn't much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel itself. Ok for us as we were at then end of our holiday and needed a break from the touristy stuff.

The staff is friendly and the room is relatively decent.

The team who is running this hotel is not very customer focus. It is reflected in every small detail such as the breakfast room. It is extremely busy during the breakfast and there are not enough tables for everyone and they still close one area and make everyone wait. When they don't have enough staff to prepare the food, they make the food really bad such as porridge doesn't really have much rice in it and guess they just pour pure hot water into the porridge to make it look more so that they don't have to cook it anymore. They don't have onions for two days straight for omelet with onions. I left my clothes in the hotel when I checked out but nobody has called me later on to ask whether I still need the clothes or not. Anyway, it's a bad experience for a five star hotel chain run by Marriot.

laundry mat and the staff (Lea and Karen) are very friendly and helpful.

everything … it’s just perfect especially the bed and pillow are soooooooooooooooo comfy

maybe a little too far from the tourist spot , you easily take more than 10 mrt stops. on the other hand soooo quiet and relax

modern rooms, good service for the room like bootles of water every day.

breakfast, quality not okay, room too loud and too much traffic around you while you like to have your breakfast.

Breakfast (20 Euros) was way to expensive for the goods offered, we felt ripped off. Since Starbucks next by was closed in the morning (probably in agreement with the hotel), guests are forced to buy the breakfast. Through the setting of the tables a hectic and unpleasant atmosphere was created- a very bad start in the morning. The management wanted only a stay for max 60 minutes- they achieved it through these measures. Last but not least, the breakfast room is too small especially if the hotel is well booked.

I didn't avail of the breakfast, so I can't comment. The lobby bar & cafe served great value drinks in the late afternoon till evening. I love the location. It's an easy walk up to the hot springs.
