Breakfast is ok, typical for a hotel like this, but honestly does not meet expectations for this price point.
In-room onsen and park view are the key selling points.
Room is a bit old, but clean and well maintained.
Giant TV screen!
Good soundproof.
Afternoon tea is mediocre, honestly can just skip it.
Bathroom is very small and there's no separate area for shower, meaning you have to use the same bathtub for both showering and the onsen. Didn't expect this.
Bath tub wall is almost at hip-length, not suitable for elderly people and children to get in and out.
Water pressure is quite weak. Only the hotspring tap has strong pressure.
In early morning, you could smell the sulfur in the room. It was so strong that you don't need an alarm to wake up in the morning.
A hand soap dispenser or bottle would be greatly appreciated.
The shampoo and body wash feel rather cheap and low quality, so I’d recommend bringing your own.

Clean place, price is lower compared to other nearby hotel, come with free afternoon tea and breakfast, private big hotspring place,have a small balcony
The hair dryer is quite small and slow, noisy fan sound at night (not sure is it the compressor or toilet suction fan sound), we are too tired so still able to sleep at night, check in time is at 6pm

Conveniently situated. Lots of convenient stores, restaurant and shops. Stone throw away to the thermal valley
Bathroom not very well maintained. Tissue instead of toilet paper provided. Towels and bedding have very strong bleach smell and irritated the skin like my previous visit at this same hotel.

Loved that the hotspring water comes directly to the rooms. We left for our flight feeling so relaxed. The property offers a nice breakfast/afternoon tea service.
Rooms are a bit dated compared to others in the area and unfortunately didn’t come with any hand soap in the room (we had our own anyways so not a problem).
