Relaxing and luxurious stay

The room was very luxurious and comfortable. The room onsen was great and refreshing after a soak inside. The free snacks in the room were delicious. Staff were mostly friendly and hospitable. Shuttle bus made up for the location.

環境清幽、離市區有段距離所以作為放鬆行程非常優秀😀，怕無聊還有VR遊戲去可以消遣，房間電視追劇也相當完備

也因為離市區有段距離，所以如果飯店能增設小賣場，可以選購飲料泡麵餅乾小點心就很好

cosy and excellent stay

The room is cosy and clean the bath tub is big enough and sufficient for 3 people hot spring together. there is also swimming pool and public hot spring the staff is helpful there is hourly shuttle bus to mrt station.

Cosy stay for families

Room came stocked with coffee (nespresso machine), tea, biscuits, snacks and soda which were all complimentary. Loved the private onsen in the room. Loved the indoor pool and onsen.

Breakfast order options were pretty limited. For adults, there were 2 choices, one being vegetarian. Would be great if the menu could come with more local selection. Indoor pool closes quite early at 7pm, would have been great if it opened till 1-2 hours later. Onsen opens at 9am in the morning which I thought was a tad too late. 7am would be great for guests who would like to have a soak before they start their day with sight-seeing.

My stay at Beitou Asia Pacific Hot Spring Hotel was enjoyable!!

1. The in-room hot spring bath provides a comfortable experience, and the white sulfur hot spring has therapeutic effects, offering a unique bathing experience. 2. Two standard double beds are suitable for families, providing ample space and comfort. 3. The small Japanese-style room with Jing Sheng Yu tea bags allows guests to enjoy tea-making and experience Japanese culture. 4. The room offers a beautiful mountain view, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of nature. 5. The hotel has well-equipped public hot spring pools and a swimming pool, providing a variety of leisure options for guests. 6. The all-you-can-eat breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, satisfying guests' culinary desires.

The mattress is too soft, and it's easy to fall off when sleeping near the edge, affecting sleep quality.

Wish it was a longer stay

Rooms were large and comfortable, quiet location. Facilities and staff were superb. We enjoyed the hot spring very much!

heart warming hotspring experience

staff was absolutely super. going out of their way to help my family. very friendly and always going the extra mile. the spa was also really awesome.

the restaurant was average. breakfast was good but the dinner was not. hot spring facility was very good. there is no gym though so when it’s raining it’s a little limiting as to what you can do

Great onsen experience for the price.

The in-room onsen was spacious. The dinner restaurant is very tasty.

The room I stayed in did not have windows. Breakfast quality could have been slightly better.

It was a ok stay, but with the kids crowding in the VR area and the limited dinner options, I think the room is a bit ov

I like the hot spring in the room, and the mattress is soft and comfy. Love the Kimonos that were provided in the room.

I am not impressed with the dinner options on Taiwan National day as there was only buffets. I wish there were more single meal options and room service in the hotel so that I don't need to order dinner in.

starting to see molds especially in the blinds they use in the bathroom.

Overpriced

Bed was so comfy. Staff were super professional and courteous. Breakfast was not bad.

The rooms are nice, but not NT$16000 per night nice. Fair value is probably closer to NT$7000. Even at these prices they water down the juice at breakfast. The set part of the semi- buffet dinner was so poor I skipped it the second night. Not a big fan of the Jaoanese room design (I don't want to sit on the floor), but that's on me. If you're considering booking a room with a mountain view, you might be disappointed with what you actually see.

Poor sound proofing of the room. Could hear noises from the ventilation system, pipelines in the walls and footsteps from adjacent rooms clearly at night
