Like I said the condo was outstanding. Very clean with everything we needed there. No sand anywhere on the floors which is hard to do in a beach location. Good location with the beach right out past the pool. A shower and a hose to wash off the salt and sand as soon as you come off the boardwalk to the beach. The balcony is on the side of the building but you can still see the beach and ocean from it. The balcony overlooks Coconut Joes which can be a plus as my daughter and I sat out there and watched the people singing Karaoke one night. Which was entertaining. There was also a guitarist singer there we enjoyed hearing. But if you close the sliding door to the balcony you will not hear anything if that's what you want. So you can choose to not hear what is going on next door. There are good restaurants next door or a block away although I found Long Island Cafe by the Harris Teeter market the best place to eat. Both are close to the condo. The management team texted all the details we needed to know about our stay and was quick to respond when we decided to extend our stay by one day. Luckily the day after our stay was not booked. That's how much we liked it here we wanted to stay an extra day. 3 things not in the discription that are helpful to know. Parking garage has a height limit of 6'11" The freezer has a ice maker that supplies plenty of ice. There was a Brita type filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator so we didn't need to buy water.

Place was clean, cozy, and quiet even though Coconut Joe's was right next door. Easy check in and out. Dog friendly with easy access to beach for animals and people. Fully stocked kitchen.Place was as described in the ad. In the center of it all.

Amenities provided saved a rush to the grocery store .Refurbished condo is a superior condo. The towels provided rivaled a high end hotel. We really appreciated all the labeling . The tip for the purchase high quality pool and or beach towels at a reasonable price saved suitcase space.

The weather was awful so we were so glad that the condo was nice, we spent a lot of time there! Love the updated kitchen, it was well stocked.

Great location and great parking!! Upon arrival into the room it did smell like a wet dog. Dog hair on the couch pillows and dog bowl still left at the kitchen. Other than that we had a great time. Amenities were great and needed for nothing. Met Melvin who had a positive attitude!! We would recommend to others.

Enjoyed the room and the view. Very efficient and close to everything. Would love to stay again.

Overall, the property was consistent with the advertised details. It was clean and nicely decorated. Oddly, the fitted sheet on the bed did not stay on - not sure if it was the slippery mattress pad or what, but it was frustrating. Also, the proximity to local restaurants/bars/live music make for a not very peaceful stay. Future renters should definitely make sure they understand this. Communication with the management team was definitely thorough to the point of coming across rude. There were multiple texts that included ALL CAP messages. I.e. DO NOT check in early. DO NOT be loud. Etc. This is not the friendliest way to set the tone for a visit.

Our first trip to IOP and what a great stay. The beach was quiet, pet friendly and everyone we met was kind. The condo was perfect, well kept and just what I needed. Thank you. Will definetly stay here again.

The property was lovely and in very good condition. There were small details like a luggage cart that made the experience very easy, and an elevator that was super-helpful and created ease of access to the property. The property is located next to a local eatery / drinking / live music spot that even in off season with all windows closed was extremely loud and did not respect the sound ordinances of quiet between 10pm and 10am, playing music until 10:30pm and later, and running cleaning equipment & leaf blowers at 8am. I would expect in busy season this would be significantly worse. Access to the beach is very convenient, yet not good for anyone with mobility challenges.

Very nice, clean, well-equipped condo just steps to the beach and dining options. Enjoyed the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Isle of Palms. The unit was as described and was plenty of space for us. The location on the beach is very convenient. The living room furniture and bed were very comfortable. Communication with the manager was swift and easy. We would stay here again.

Very clean place, east beach access it was perfect for my husband and I plus our dogs. The owner responded to all of our messages and the property management was easily reached if needed anything.

This location was perfect for our short business trip with access to the ocean and restaurants. I can picture how busy this area could be in the high season! Please know that this apartment/condo only has a small, side balcony with ocean views and does not front the ocean or overlook the pool. It was hard to determine from the photos if this was oceanfront; it is not. We still experienced the beautiful sunrises and morning surfers, and had quick access to everything we needed for our short trip. Thank you.

It was nice. Little upset all dog owners don’t use a leash that stayed there. The condo was very nice. Plenty roomy

Great location and great property! Love the communication and text app. We had no issues and can highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at Isle of Palms. Also be sure and eat at Acme, it’s fabouloys!!

A perfect 4 days on the beach.

My husband and I are first time visitors to IOP. This condo is located in the middle of everything. Extremely clean and best equipped condo we’ve ever stayed. Communication w the managers was perfect - very detailed and non-intrusive. We will be back!

The property was in a great place to stay, very central location, and easy access to everything. The place did smell a little musky, and my wife even found what looked to be mold on the curtains by the patio plus what looked to have once been mold on the ceiling in the kitchen/ living area. Overall it was a nice place to stay with a great beach access!

Second year at this property and hope to plan a third visit soon. Bathroom renovations look great! Clean and comfortable. Great location to the beach, restaurants in IOP.

This was our first time staying on the Isle of Palms and it won't be our last thanks to this great rental! Location is perfect with private beach access and steps away from all the restaurants and bars. We loved overlooking Coconut Joe's where we could enjoy the live music from our balcony. Condo was very clean and spacious for our party of 2 plus our small dog. The beach storage for each unit by the pool is a really nice perk. Management company was responsive and on call should we have needed anything (we never did). Thank you and looking forward to our next trip already!

We enjoyed being so close to the IOP restaurants and bars. The beach was great but it does get crowded on weekends with the public access point right there.
