The staff as usual (this is my 6th visit) were lovely and excellent. The Beach is great - especially for my grandchildren The dinner and breakfast have improved and its always great to have Sri Lankan food made well.
The pool was good and it was great to see the crocodiles and the birds again
The Pool table, cue and pool balls were is a pitiful state. Clearly the cues had no tips and people have used them with the metal end and caused damage to the cue ball, which as a result was more like a golf ball.

The staff and the overall hygiene.
The food could've been better. While the adjoining hotels which come at a similar cost have a private beach, this property has a public one which os quite crowded at times. And there was a constant smell of chlorine even in bathroom water.

The location was fabulous! The ocean view rooms look out over a bay that is the most inviting swimmable water!
The pool was in need of a good clean or maybe a new filtration system.

Decent resort by the beach… helpful staff
Pillows stank like someone slept on it.. they apparently didn’t have enough to change
