A quiet, comfortable place.

This is a quiet, pleasant place with a central lawn area. The fitout is reasonably old but functional. It's not glam but it's comfortable and good value.

Large room, good location and easy check in and good staff.

Small capacity off peak hot water meant when we arrived late at night the end of the shower was getting cold.

cosy & quiet studio apartment with kitchenette. Close to town centre. Generally a well presented facility.

Smell of cleaning chemicals quite noticeable when entering. Noisy fridge. Plenty of parking but a bit of distance to the apartment when hauling luggage.

We enjoyed it.

Bed was comfortable, kitchen was good, good size fridge.

There was a smell like bleach, that was very strong.

Value for money, clean and comfortable.

Property location was ideal for walking into town and yet is in a quiet position, grounds are very well maintained. Units cater for all your needs with a comfortable bed and a veranda to sit out on to take in the fresh air.

We found everything to our liking and suited our needs.

It was nice accomodation. We only stayed 1 night & it met our needs. Close to town. The owner was nice & helpful.

Attempted to book in no confirmation received rang the morning of to check was told booking did not exist. They then charged me for accommodation the next day!

Good affordable unit in a convenient location.

Helpful staff at quick check in. Great location, walking distance to most things in the CBD. Comfortable unit. Good value.

Excellent, I'll be coming back again

It was comfortable & simple (which is how I like when I travel for work) I could prepare & cook my own meals no problem also.

Pleasant Orange

Welcomed by extremely friendly and helpful staff with town information, cafes, activities. The self-contained studio was very clean , partially carpeted with comfortable bed ( blankets, extra pillows),wardrobe; armchair; a desk and chairs, stools and kitchen bench; sofa and coffee table. A kitchenette with full-sized fridge (always appreciated) ; stove top; microwave, toaster, jug; reasonable supply of crockery , cutlery and utensils including washing-up requirements. Bathroom is basic with shower and curtain, toilet, but clean and supplied with toiletries. Good hot water. Outside is a small garden patio with furniture (we were downstairs).A/C is in the room if needed. Easily accessed and level parking, secured at night. Excellent coffee nearby at Bill's Beans and walkable or short drive to various other cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, galleries, information centre, parks and bit further drive to a range of great wineries.

We were comfortable here and happy with our stay which was a family visit so we spent little time in the studio. Some things which may bother others : parking is not at the door but short distance- but flat and easy; the shower ( spacious) has curtain and not a glass door, there is no extractor fan in the bathroom. Upstairs units have stairs to access. These are not complaints just information
