The hotel is family owned who keeps everything clean and organized. I love how they made us comfortable with our stay from picking us up at the bus station and helping us out to get our ski rentals. There is a complimentary coffee at the common area where we enjoyed watching the snow while listening to the good music. The food was exceptional!
