easy access from town, but no breakfast are provided. Room is big. Clean. quite, not noisy at night. parking space depend on check in day or season. avoid school holiday and festival season otherwise is fully book.
parking space not sufficient if too many guest check in the hotel. Parking space is limited. But, can park outside of the hotel compound. some ample parking space available outside the hotel compound.

Overall is good except car park not big enough. Peak season maybe not enough car park space. With car, easy to go around from the hotel location. Near to my favorable food stall. quite at night, traffic good in this areas.
Car park not enough especially during school holiday or long holiday. Hot water sometime too hot, not easy to control. no public transport. avoid check in here during long holiday or school holiday.

Very good value for money. Big room, all worked well. Building is old but that's no problem. Good city view from 4th floor.
Room had fridge, kettle, coffee.
Only local TV3 on TV
Aircon old and very cold
Ar evening a deserted commercial area, but a few restaurants nearby and convenience shop until 10 pm.
Many stray dogs in the area, but this is a big problem in many parts of Malaysia.

The location is close to.many attractions.. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. Bed size was great.
The parking was limited so be sure to arrive early. After 10pm normally you need to park outside. The bed was not neatly made, the cover easily pulled. Wish they could provide more pillows as well. There were some hairs on the floor when we arrived. It was not properly vacuumed.
