This place really has atmosphere. The furniture and the very spacious room feel pleasantly different from a regular hotel, and that uniqueness is exactly what I enjoyed.
The breakfast is quite basic and a bit more variety would be welcome, but the lovely yard, where you can have a cup of coffee under a fig tree, more than compensates and makes the stay memorable.

Solid non-chain property with nice historical charm and helpful staff. A great spor to visit Belgrade.
It’s a bit hidden grom the main street. One afternoon we had noise from the theatre next door.

Discreet location short 10-15min walk away from centre. Lots of steps on entrance and very bright spacious place with only 10nr rooms available.
Room i was allocated was contrived with too many windows and an impracticable shower en-suite fitted within the main room and separated by sliding wardrobe doors which weren’t the most polished examples of job well done. Shower cubicle needed a refresh and no handle holder for shower head so do expect a typical shower experience - toilet pan almost impossible to sit on if you have knees! Old fashion wood doors onto double height lobby look grand but feel unsecure in reality and lets lots of noise and light in, especially if you were to be ground floor. Room was altogether pleasant and good enough for single travelling male but if my partner was there would have been an issue, no space to get ready (TV took up whole dressing table). Mini fridge useful for water store but sat on floor partially in way of accessible wardrobe, which was a bit tired itself. Do not get me started on the breakfast service, my advise, save yourself the time, effort and cost and chose the no breakfast option if you book here and go out into the centre instead - you’ll have to do it anyway!
