The three reception staff members were excellent professional, very helpful, and always made you feel right at home. Only for that I would strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel’s location is convenient
for getting around to tourist areas, and the breakfast buffet is very comprehensive (the only thing missing was espresso).
For the first two nights, the sound of heating equipment near my window bothered me a little, but they kindly moved me to another, completely quiet room.

Central location, walking distance to many attractions. Good breakfast (but items were not identified). Well maintained. Friendly receptionists.
Smoking hotel, which is a negative point. Rooms have old, smelly carpets.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommend it!

Location is lovely, breakfast is good if you come first.
There was not hot water in my room 106 on the first day, it was just warm. I was told that technician had a look and all seems fine, but it was not. I was not able to take shower comfortably.
The room seems to be requesting an update. The blanket is with stains.
Bathrobes are without belts and with holes in it.
When you come to breakfast not at the opening don’t expect to have all the things they put there at 7:00. They did not refill at least 2 of my 3 days of stay.
Spa - hamam was out of order. Sauna and jacuzzi bath only.
