The location was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and good size.
Our room had a plumbing leak, but they were able to move us without any further issues.

Clean room, bathroom, location.
Last floor room with walls and pillars hanging dangeorusly low in room and bathroom without warnings on it. I am 185cm and I had to crouch in order to reach closet and shower cabin and toilet.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service,
I would like to make a formal complaint regarding a €60 minibar charge at the hotel.
At check-out, I was charged €60 for minibar items. I had misunderstood the minibar policy and believed that the minibar was included in the room rate. I paid the amount in cash because I was told it had to be paid.
Afterwards, I contacted the hotel and requested a refund, explaining the misunderstanding. However, the hotel refused to refund the €60. I contacted them again, but they have now stopped responding to my messages.
I have already checked out of the hotel, so I kindly ask Booking.com to contact the property and help resolve this matter.
I believe the €60 charge should be refunded to me. Since I paid in cash, I would appreciate it if the hotel could return the €60 to my bank card.
Please investigate this matter and assist me in obtaining the refund.
