Location is very practical, you can walk from there to many sightseeings. Bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Airport transportation arrangement went smoothly.

The location is definitely the best part of the experience.
The second room we received after complaining was decent and much better than the first one.
I also have to compliment Djordje at reception, who was professional and quickly arranged a replacement room for us. Unfortunately, our experience with the rest of the staff was below average, including the general manager, who did not even acknowledge guests with a simple hello or welcome. For a hotel presenting itself as a 4-star property, I would expect a much higher standard of hospitality and customer service.
My main issue with this hotel is not simply the quality of the room, but the way the accommodation appears to be presented and allocated to guests.
I was initially given room 521, located in the older part of the building. The room was very different from the impression I had received from the photos and description when booking, and in my opinion was nowhere near a 4-star standard.
For example, the room did not even have a TV, despite a TV being listed as one of the room facilities on Booking.com. The missing TV itself was not particularly important to me; what concerned me was the discrepancy between what was advertised and what I actually received.
After raising my concerns with reception, I was moved to a much better room in the newer part of the hotel. This room was significantly more modern and much closer to what I had expected based on the listing.
What left a particularly negative impression was the feeling that guests may initially be allocated rooms in the older section, and only moved to the better part of the property if they complain. I can only comment on my own experience, but the difference between the two rooms was substantial. In my opinion, the older section felt closer to a 2-star standard, while the newer section was perhaps around 3-star level.
The breakfast was also below expectations for a hotel advertised as 4-star. Even basic details were disappointing — for example, the orange juice was a low-quality bottled juice rather than fresh juice. There were also no complimentary bottles of water or coffee-making facilities in the room.
Before my stay, I thought €70–80 per night represented good value. After experiencing the hotel, I would personally consider around €50 to be a more appropriate price for what is offered.
Overall, this did not feel like a genuine 4-star hotel experience to me.
