Everything was good; new, modern hotel, everything clean and functional. Comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms, great customer service, good breakfast, unbeatable location, free ticket to the National Museum.

The staff were absolutely lovely — warm, friendly, helpful and very professional. Everyone I dealt with was kind and genuinely tried to assist. The hotel is in a great location, and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.
Room service needs significant improvement. The staff were always very nice when I contacted them, but the service itself could be much better organised. I had to call reception for almost everything, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. It would also be much better if guests could control the air-conditioning temperature themselves rather than having to contact reception to have it adjusted. The hotel is also located in a PEDESTRIAN ZONE , which can be extremely challenging when arriving or leaving with a lot of heavy luggage. It requires carrying heavy luggage for few hundred metres, which was very stressful in the hot weather.

Ive stayed here twice. Great location. Staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms very quiet and comfortable and some nice touches. It will be my go to place in belgrade
