Great location and had it not been the middle of summer, I would have used the sauna!
Entrance was a bit confusing to find as someone not familiar with the area.

I did not feel comfortable around one of the staff members for two reasons. First, when I arrived before check-in time, I asked to leave my luggage in a storage area. He allowed me to do so, but he didn’t give me any space to take my things out of my backpack, he stood right over me the entire time and touching my bags. I even had to say, “excuse me, I need to take my things,” because he was being a bit intrusive and invasive.
The second situation happened later, with the same staff, after I checked in. While I was taking a shower, the water suddenly turned cold. I went to report it, and he said he would check. I told him I would go with him to the room, but he replied that he didn’t need me there because he had another key to enter my room. I found this extremely uncomfortable, because when you stay in a hotel, you expect privacy. I clearly told him that I did not want anyone entering my room without me, for privacy reasons. He then told me to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door if I didn’t want anyone to enter, but I didn’t understand why I would need to put that sign up, since it is obvious that no one should enter my room without my permission, even without the sign.
The issue was not solved. He only offered that I could take a shower in another bathroom, but he would not change my room. I specifically booked a room with a private bathroom for comfort, and it was disappointing not to have that comfort. I had to take a very quick shower because the water kept turning cold again.
