Fantastic location, amazing service, more equipment than most gym hotels
Do not disturb sign got lost so couldnt put a sign to say there was no need to clean the room again

Receptionist Jelena was extremely helpful and polite. She always wears a smile and is very forthcoming. She attended to our requests very efficiently and gave us a lot of information too. Also, the hotel is located at a very convenient location and is very clean too.
It would be nice if the bed would be a little bit bigger.

Very clean, spacious with lots of storage with top facilities. Fabulous location and great breakfast selection.
Some of the staff were rude and clueless.

If there are 100 criteria, 99 of them are extremely successful or excellent. Price, location, staff, breakfast, or whatever else comes to mind. I will write the only exception below.
The only exception is the mini-refrigerator issue. We definitely need a space to store products we bring in from outside. Currently, the facility only provides space for food and beverages offered to customers. Please consider the need for a cold storage area for customers as well.
