Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage ist Top. Das Personal am Empfang (2 junge Damen) waren sehr hilfsbereit , sehr freundlich und haben immer versucht alles passend zu machen.

Diesmal hat wieder alles gepasst.

The best in Knez

The room is very spacious with an extra bed for kids and a very nice seating area with a stunning view, the location is the best in Belgrade, easy access in & out and in the heart of action, could not get better than that. The staff is very friendly and supportive, airport transportation was super smooth and in excellent cars. Perfect stay all in all.

The only downside which is not a big deal at all, the elevator is slow and one was broken, but compared to all other hotels with no elevator that does not matter.

Konum çok iyiydi ,bina eski tarihi bir binaydı ama odalar yenilenmiş ve temizdi ama binanın temizliği daha özenli olabilirdi

Odamız binanın arka tarafında mekruh bir alana bakıyordu .açıkçası biz açıklama kısmında ön tarafın resmini gördüğümüze biraz aldandık .binanın konumu şehirde çok iyiydi ama oda manzarası kötüydü

המיקום הכי טוב בעיר! הכניסה יוצאת לכיכר המרכזית ממנה מתחילים כל רחובות הקניות והברים. מיקום פשוט מושלם. ישר מתחת למלון יש בית קפה מסעדה מהמומלצים בבלגרד. חדרים נקיים מאוד ונוחים. 10/10

Exceptional

The view from my window! Wow! The entire area just happens to be in an amazing historic area full of restaurants, coffee shops etc. I'm now in Moscow, but I miss Belgrade and this location that's how much of an impression this location left on me. The staff all speak perfect English and helped me with everything including taxis. Honestly the staff are probably some of the best best people I've dealt with in years. If you're going to Belgrade I recommend this area and establishment.

Good, friendly, comfortable and affordable.

The best thing is that the staff is always ready to help you, very friendly. Even when we checked out they still provided helpt for us. We could leave our luggage safe with them so that we could relax in the city for a while, also they offered to call a taxi for us but we came with the car. Very good and friendly service for a really affordable price!

Great location and value for money!

Very centrally located in Republic square! Walking distance to most places in either directions. Lots of restaurants and shopping in 2-5 mins distance.

Weirdly located inside a building…reception on 5th floor but rooms on 2nd floor. Also, there is no place to unload heavy suitcases…you have to park 5-6 minutes away and lug the luggage.

Great Value for the money and perfect locatiion

The location is amazing! in the center of old town, you don't need to use any transportation at all

The entrance is a bit dirty and there is always a smell from the garbage truck which is cleaning the garbage from the near restaurant and actually blocking the entrance. other than that if they will renovate the entrance and not only the top 3 floors which are the hotel it will be perfect!

Best location to stay in Belgrade centre!!

Location, location, location with great view over Republic Square but not at all noisy even with the window open. Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable.

Almost perfect

the location is perfection because it’s literally in the heart of Belgrade. It doesn’t get better. Downstairs you have really good coffee places and restaurants. the public transportation is really close. The supermarket and drugstore is literally 1-2 minutes away. The room itself was nice, the furniture was modern. The bed was comfortable. I love that there was a pretty big closet where you could storage your clothes and even your luggage. i liked that there was a cattle, so you could make instant coffee or tea. the bathroom was clean and spacious. The Wi-Fi was good! The cleaning lady came by every day, cleaned up.

I didn’t like that our room was connected to another room with a door (which was closed of course). It felt weird, but that wouldn’t have bothered us much. The fact is that you could hear every single word the people in the room next to us were speaking. Which was annoying at night. especially after two nights, the guests changed. The new ones were like guys, who were really loud. They came to the room around midnight and then started being loud for hours (speaking, laughing, watching TV & listening to music at 3 in the morning). The other thing I didn’t like was, I expected from the photos on Booking, that our room would look out at the Knez Mihajl monument, but we ended up on a different side of the building. So we had a view on the main square but from a different perspective, which was not the one I expected. that being said I would still come back but ask for a different room upfront.

The location on the main city square is fantastic. You need to get a room with a view of that square.

The entrance to the building is run down, but the actual hotel rooms are fine.

Value for money, central location.

It was conveniently located at the center of Beograd, with a lot of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping just around the corner.

The entrance, was very dirty, not being cared at all.
