Location was great, staff was nice. Breakfast was good.
I had the room right next to the reception desk (not sure about other rooms) and the door was not properly sealed so i could hear everything, music, people talking, text messages. There is no one at the desk from 11PM and i was on vacation, out most of the day so no big deal. I told them so maybe it will be fixed soon. AC was noisy and I would shut it off during the night.

Location is amazing, right in the city centre, 15 mins walk from the Fortress and the Tesla Museum.
The air conditioning worked really well but made a very loud squeaking sound when being used which made it hard to sleep. Had to use noise cancelling headphones.

Had a wonderful time here for the 5 nights we stayed. It is central in republic square, so handy for travelling throughout the city. Staff were fantastic and helpful. In particular I must call out our housekeeper Norvka, who kept the apartment immaculate and cleaned it daily. She had a great character and was very friendly. We will definitely be returning.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and made getting around very easy.
The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for restful nights.
The staff were kind, helpful, and quick to assist when needed.
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay.
The toilet seat was broken upon arrival, but to their credit, the staff repaired it quickly.
The water pressure was quite low, which made showers less enjoyable.
With a few improvements to the bathroom facilities, this hotel could offer a truly top-notch stay.
