The room was great with great facilities. It felt very new and t he bed was large and comfortable. Room was big, very cosy. Very clean.

Good location, close to many restaurants. Easy to access HCM.
Our booked room wasn't available therefore our family was split up into two rooms. One room was fine, the other room was poor. Seems that even within room types, the room you actually get can vary in quality and therefore your comfort is affected. Once we moved into our booked family room, things improved. Had we been in the correct room from the start, our stay would have felt much better. Also, no permanent receptionist at the hotel (a shared receptionist works between at least one other hotel). This means it's difficult to get information/updates when you want/need.
