It was very convenient to where we wanted to stay. It was very clean & smelled fresh every day we were there. The lift was swift & efficient. The laundry service was very useful
Air conditioner was blowing straight onto the bed when we arrived. Hubby found the opening flap had not been fitted in the correct way & it was not turning properly, so fixed it. No more blowing directly onto the bed, so the room was much more comfortable, but not before I'd already spent the first night freezing and getting a headcold from it.

Front desk staff, especially Kay, was super friendly. We needed a computer mouse after our touchpad gave up and he readily supplied one, even put in a new battery!

The location was perfect for us as we have family living nearby. There’s also plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Everything is wonderful especially to the day time receptionist at the lobby who was always willing to help and assist our needs. He went and above and beyond. Thank you very much and I apologized for not asking your name but you know who you are.
No in house restaurant at the hotel but there are so many great restaurants around the area that you can just be on foot, for few minutes.
