Very friendly staff who provided good restaurant recommendations in nearby central Niort. Comfortable bedroom and excellent breakfast. Well located hotel for overnight stopover with good access to motorways but not noisy.
Sliding door on bathroom didn't shut properly and kept opening due to gravity. Minor issue.

Beautiful quiet b&b style hotel, lovely staff and facilities. Great air conditioning in our room and chilled water point in the hall way. Stunning pool open 8 to 8pm.
I forgot to check if it had a restaurant for dinner - it doesn’t so we had to go back into Niort to eat … lovely but if I’d realised we would have eaten before checking in.( although do check the last check-in time).

Comfortable but basic for an overnight stay
Location not easy to find
No restaurant in house and the nearest was about 4 km away
In the middle of an industrial area and no facilities nearby
