Great location that is the unique selling point here. Right on the Vatican door and in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff also are really impressive. They are always smiling and helpful at any time of the day. Bed was changed daily too which was great.
I know from looking at other hotels in Rome, Hearth is above average for what is available and at a reasonable price. In saying that, the breakfast was a little bit basic but i suppose its free. They could also open up the roof top terrace at other times of the day rather than breakfast

Location was good, close to the Vatican, near a metro station for easier access to the ancient city centre
Air con was centrally controlled and whilst it was cooler that the outside temperature, it was still too warm for me.
Breakfast was not included in the base price. We had it twice but by accident as we thought it was included. 15euro per person and absolutely not worth it. Local cappuccino and croissant was cheaper and better quality.
