This place could be so great, the hosts are incredibly friendly and kind even with their little bit of English and our non existent Portuguese. The breakfast offered was rustic and exceptional, the apple cake was divine. Home made jams and crusty bread etc was all on offer.

The wifi was unable to reach our room, there is no kettle/ coffee making facility or fridge in the room. What made this so difficult is that there is no restaurant nearby and no decent restaurants that we could find in Ladoeira 4km away and even Idanha A Nova 20km had little to offer! It would be great if the shower head was attached to the wall, a small improvement but really necessary.
