1. The room was quite big and had all the amenities required to cook, shower etc 2. The staff is great always checking up if you need something and with a very positive attitude. 3. The bed was comfortable and big(king size) even though I had 2 of them I only tried one. 4. Air conditioning as it's extremely hot in Italy. 5. Not the typical hotel breakfast with a buffet but still good as it consists of fruits, yougurts and other things like sweets.(would just add that even though it was bought from the supermarket it still has quality) as I've been to 100+ hotels and the buffets also come from there most of the times. 6. Didn't need it but free shampoo, gel bath and drier for the hair is always welcome. 7. The location is in the heart of rome, 10 minutes to the colloseum walking, 10 to the supermarket and most of the touristic spots are 20/30 minutes walking. 8. The tv is small compared to most places I've been in my life however I don't need one as I have a phone and computer. 9. In my case it was sort of in a basement so 5g barely worked but you have your own WiFi so it's not exactly a problem. 10. Overall I would rate it as 9 however the staff made me feel welcome as they offered free cleaning, good breakfast, directions and mostly when my key broke at around 10pm it took them 5 minutes to arrange a new one free of charge. Overall great experience as I believe it's not just the quality of the room(9/10) but the staff that make the difference.
There could be more natural light.

Extremely well located, apartment living in Rome! Hosts were very friendly and generous with food and assistance.

Very pleased with the location — simply perfect. Very close to the Colosseum and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very late check-in, almost at 1 a.m., and the staff stayed in touch with us and helped us check in smoothly. Everything was quick, easy, and very convenient.
The apartment is a bit old and could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was not always very good, although the sink taps worked perfectly fine. It was still possible to use the shower without major problems. However, considering the location in the city center and the price, it seems to be a good value-for-money option. Overall, everything was fine.

Very good location – close to the metro line and the Colosseum. Restaurants nearby. Not a problem to find a parking. Reasonable price – €120 per night for a two-level apartment.
⸻ Terrible location of the apartment within the building. I had the impression I was staying in some kind of basement or converted storage room. The photos on Booking do not match the actual apartment at all. It wasn’t a two-level apartment as advertised — it was a single room with terribly creaky old wooden stairs that woke up the whole family at night whenever someone used them. The name of the apartment is greatly exaggerated and does not reflect reality. However, when we turned on the lights at night, the room filled with mosquitoes. There are no mosquito screens on the windows. In my opinion, the apartment needs a complete renovation. The air conditioning was tolerable. One of the bedrooms looked like a maid’s room. If I had paid the standard price of €200 per night, it would have been a disaster. It’s absolutely not worth more than €100 per night. If you’re expecting to spend romantic moments with your family in a duplex apartment, you’ll be disappointed. On the other hand, the host was very attentive, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions and offer assistance.
