This condo has new stainless steel appliances and a fully supplied kitchen with spices, crock pot, all minor and major appliances. You will have your own washer and dryer in the condo.
Ocean front balcony, heated pool and swim up bar, conv story, gym, tennis court.
We supply extras like beach chairs, a safe, games, cards, puzzles and much more. This condo has a water filtration so no bottled water needed. This condo NO longer provides beach towels due to constant replacement. The Resort has a Gym, tennis court, rest, bar, swim up bar and this condo looks right out over the beach and ocean.

What an adorable place. So cozy and comfortable. Beautiful views of the water and sunsets. The resort was nice with good service at the pool. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back! Happy New Year

I have been going to Rocky point for over 15 years. I have seen the growth of sandy beach and a lot of the Sonoran brand Resorts have grown over the years. I was thinking that the Sonoran sun was getting a little bit long in the tooth. But I was very very wrong. It looks like they completely refurbished everything on the property and it is great. I am especially happy and drawn to this property now that they have two Tesla destination chargers.
Regarding the condo we stayed in, glorious! Very very clean, very bright, very nice, decorated, outfitted and comfortable. Everything that you could possibly need. Love the fact that it is right by the staircase for easy access and entry. The check in process is incredibly easy receiving the code and not having to go to the desk. Also, as we were checking out, they were putting in some new appliances. Great upkeep on the condo.
Great communication with the manager and very accommodating.
This was our first trip down to Rocky point with the Tesla and because the property had the wherewithal to put in the two destination chargers, we will definitely be back. I am surprised more properties down there don’t do this. Highly recommend.
