Una experiencia maravillosa en Hotel Casa Nicolás. Su ubicación, un poco alejada del pueblo, es perfecta para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza. Es una hermosa casa antigua, llena de historia, antigüedades y detalles que parecen sacados de un museo, rodeada de flores y encanto.
La atención de sus dueños es excepcional: atentos a cada detalle y siempre con una calidez especial. El desayuno, delicioso, refleja el cariño con el que preparan cada cosa. La habitación muy cómoda y, sobre todo, silenciosa.
Un lugar para desconectarse, disfrutar y querer volver.

Because it was outside the city, it was quiet, as we wanted after busy Bogota. Rustique.
In the info on the bookingwebsite they wrote you could have dinner there. But that was not the case. Something we wanted because it was 15 minutes drive outside Villa the Leyva on a terrible road, certainly at night. If we knew this before we would not have chosen this hotel.

The welcome at the hotel was excellent. At the moment the main road in Villa de Leyva is closed and google maps gives you a lengthy detour as we found out. Make sure before your stay you get clear instructions for the short cut! The location of the hotel is perfect for the attractions nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the showers are very good. The gardens are stunning too. The breakfasts were delicious and you eat outside on a beautiful patio.
