The area, close to town but in nature. Breakfast was good.
The room. The night lamp did not work and we told the front desk , wrote it down but nothing was done.
Only one hand towel for 3 people, we requested an additional one, but it was not given.
The room had only partial view of the valley.
Stairs going down the room, not good for people with mobility issues.

The staff here were so friendly, and I'm including the dog and cat in that. The breakfasts were very good and there was variation in the menu. When we were there it was very quiet so there wasn't anybody around the pool, but the water looked clean and our room was huge. The walk into town took a little over 20 minutes but wasn't unpleasant and the town of Villa de Leyva was spectacular. If you get the chance, go to a football game.
