Tesis konum olarak Kokkarinin tam merkezinde. Buraya yakın çok fazla yemek yiyecek taverna, cafe, alışveriş yapacak hediyelik eşya dükkanı , hatta meşhur luigi dondurmacı bile var. Biz ailecek 6 kişi konakladık. Deniz manzaralı odalar rüya gibi. Odaların hemen önünde denize bakan kocaman bir teras var. Sabahları marketten birşeyler alıp orada kahvaltımızı yaptık. Maria çok misavirperver. Bize çok güzel tavsiyelerde bulundu. Geldiğimiz gün içecek ikramı ve kahvaltıda güzel meyveler bile ikram etti. Sadece öneri olarak odalarda çay ve kahve makineleri olsa süper olurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkürler. Çok memmun olduk. Burayı özleyeceğiz.

The location is great, and while the furniture is a bit dated, it actually adds a nice, nostalgic charm to the place. Overall, the room was very comfortable and, most importantly, it was perfectly clean!! What truly makes this place special is the incredible hospitality. Maria (the owner) and the lovely Albanian room service lady went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were extremely helpful.
Maria even shared her super tasty watermelon with us!!
Highly recommended.

Good location, a clean place.
Bathroom and room doors were broken. It was impossible to close the bathroom door, and you had to click the lock button from the inside before leaving the room because the lock was broken.
We were treated like teenage brats by the property owner with a checkout reminder saying they had to clean the room because the new guests arrived, but we had another hour and a half before checkout.
