My stay was pleasant, and the hôtel staff were very kind and helpful. I believe it to be a good example of its kind and the price was fair. It seems to cater especially to car travellers, and lies in a village on the outskirts of Annecy. There are good bus connexions, so that getting into town needed some forty minutes, including time spent waiting at bus stops. Going down by bus from Annecy late in the evenings took more time, but buses continued until after midnight. The mountains in the distance give a wondrous whiff of the Alps, though the hôtel lies in a small industrial area, so its closer surroundings are not as glamorous. Still, there are green and pleasant fields nearby and the place is quiet. The room I had, quite spartan and small, had a bathroom with a shower, and was cleaned when I arrived. I imagine the place would particularly suit those brought to Annecy for a few nights, without desiring to sleep close to its centre or the lake. It is certainly possible to stay there and spend the days exploring Annecy and its surroundings. I stayed five nights to attend a conference, and found it very agreeable.

Didn’t realise that did not have own toilet and showers. But fine for what looking for as somewhere to crash for one night.

it wasn't very expensive. It was very affordable and the location was fine. It would've been better if there were more buses or trains
I didn't' like the fact that it was pet friendly but they didn't have anything for dogs like dog beds or dog bowls.
Not a lot of buses goes there we had to walk 15-30 min everyday just to find a bus.
