The location, between tram 17 Millet stop and Liberation, the room was spacious and quiet
It was advertised very clear through photos of this hotel that I was having a room with kitchenette for £60 per night, but when arrived I was given a room with the very basics (microwave and a kettle), no cups, no knife no spoon no fork, I complained to the receptionist and I was “upgraded “ to a kitchenette room paying £70 per night , the upgraded was done in the reception and I have to pay £50 with my card (£10 more for each of my 5 nights there), on top of that I was charged £5 more for council taxes , but when I paid online I was charged with this expense again
