Great location- walkable into the centre of town but not noisy. The square has an interesting history as an internment camp in WW2, including some reasonably well known artists and writers
On street parking needed use of a disc permit. Free but occasionally had to relocate the vehicle. Room around the (comfortable) double bed is limited.

The communication was great - I was contacted when I booked to check our arrival time and to check whether a double bed in the one bedroom would work for my party.
Then when our ferry was cancelled and we had ti alter our plans at short notice we were offered the potential of earlier check-in time or if not possible we could securely leave our bags at 7am in the morning. As a lone mum with 3 kids this was a lifesaver. And the cherry on the top? Scott even took our bags up the road to the apartment for us as soon as it was ready!! We could enjoy our day knowing everything was in place for our self check in later.
The hotel also let us leave our bags there on our last day too. Really top notch service.
The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. Great value for what we paid

Very clean, good facilities staff very helpful.
Looking onto a dirty back yard no view at all.
We were on the ground floor we could hear movement from people above and their conversations.
