The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even proactively offered an early check-in since my wife was not feeling so well. The pool and beach is nice and the facilities are kept clean daily quite well.
The prices of drinks and rooms are much too high for the location. All together, it’s not really good value for money but that is the Cartagena premium I suppose.

Our ocean view bungalow was beautiful and nicely sized for a family of 4. The AC and ceiling fans were needed during the heat of the night. It was wonderful to have a wall- mounted TV as well.
Many of the staff members are high spirited, positive and friendly, while others are seemingly uninterested, bored and don’t interact very much. Their food menu has a great variety which is needed as there are no other food options during your stay. The breakfast buffet is limited but cooked fresh and foods vary daily. I looked forward to it every day.
The property did not appear to be properly managed. It pained me to see quite a mess left behind by the end of the day with plastic bottles, garbage, dirty, and wet towels all over the place. The staff came around 7 AM to start cleaning up where this should’ve happened in the night before. What bothered me the most was the garbage floating in the ocean. I personally took out a paddleboard several times and grabbed piles of garbage to return it into the garbage bin. There does not seem to be an urgency or care about this matter. Tables were left with used plates and glasses overnight. Extra offered activities were quite expensive. Staying here for 2 nights is okay, but not longer. The day trippers overran the place at times and it was always lovely to see them gone by 3pm

the rooms are quite decent and we really liked the private terace
the water sports we enjoyed
the staff are caual and cool
the restaurant quality was velow average. Really disapointing especially that there is not much options around. But luckly we found a botique hotel near by 10 mins with a bike that we often at their.
They could invest 10k in the facilities/landscap and beach front and it woul dhave looked really nice. All together it was simple place and not as they advertise
