Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad y atención del personal. Desde que llegué me hicieron sentir muy cómoda y bien recibida. Además, el lugar es hermoso y cada detalle hace que la estadía sea aún más especial. Sin duda, una experiencia que volvería a repetir

Le confort de la chambre est juste incroyable. Le lit est un vrai nuage, tellement moelleux qu’on n’a plus du tout envie d’en sortir le matin!
Ensuite, gros coup de chapeau au personnel: ils sont juste adorables! Toujours le sourire, hyper attentionnés et toujours prêts à filer de supers tuyaux sur la ville. On se sent vraiment accueillis comme à la maison.

Una experiencia preciosa en Cartagena. Bertha’s Collection combina a la perfección diseño, sofisticación y calidez, en un ambiente íntimo y muy cuidado. La atención es cercana y personalizada, los espacios tienen muchísimo estilo y la gastronomía complementa perfectamente la experiencia. Sin duda, un lugar para volver y recomendar.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. The attention to detail is extraordinary. Every Bertha's member was warm, attentive, and eager to provide tailored recommendations for dining and sightseeing.
Our room was a serene sanctuary featuring plush bedding, exquisite finishes, and thoughtful luxury amenities.
Breakfast each morning was equally exceptional, showcasing fresh local ingredients and gourmet presentation.
