Very welcoming and knowledgable staff. Very close to smaller train station Gare Al Amir Abdul Kader and city buses, grandes and petites taxis.

We could park our bicycles in the garage
Spacious room, we got an upgrade
The first day we could choose out of three breakfast options, second day not
We had a terrace, but no chair to sit there, so it does not make much sense
The coffee in the morning was disgusting

Location is perfect for shopping, dining, and close to reliable transportation: taxis, train just 5 min walk. Staff are friendly and helpful: receptionist is very welcoming. Hot water available anytime.
Air conditioning and towels need an update, separate smoking and non smoking floors as it’s a healthy issue for me and could be for some ppl.

Location perfect
Very cold and heating doesn’t work at all. So avoid in winter and warm water not always in bathroom.
