This beautiful riad ticked all the boxes- great location, safe, comfortable, clean, good value for money. Youssef was a lovely host, very accommodating, offering recommendations. It really felt like a home also super quiet considering it's so close to the medina. Breakfast included was a bonus and enough to get you started on your day.
I have no negative points.

The location was ideal, in the centre of the city and close to all the areas you would want to visit. The breakfast great and the staff where very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank them all for our time there.

It was a great place to relax in the center of the busy Medina area and staff were always helpful and attentive. Youssef was especially good with local tourist advice and welcoming for all guests. The communal areas on ground floor and rooftop great for meeting with other guests and havens to relax at the same time.
Access to the riad wasn't great for newcomers to Marrakech but my wife and I didn't find the walking too hard.

The location was excellent. The Riad was very beautiful inside, both the courtyard and rooms. The whole space had lots of personality.
There was a mixup with our pickup from the train station. Had to call and message the manager multiple times before he responded and acknowledged that a mistake was made a the booked pickup was not made. He quickly sent another car for pickup. The delay was about 30 minutes.
The air-conditioning in our room was faulty. We were told to leave it on until the next day when it would be fixed. If it wasn't fixed, we were promised the biggest room in the Riad. The next day, after the air-conditioning was worked on, it was still not fixed. Water was leaking onto to our floor and creating puddles which we soaked up with a towel from the bathroom.
On the 3rd night, after coming back from our tour, the air-conditioning would not turn on at all. Called the manager about 8-10 times (at around 11.15-11.30) and sent him multiple messages about the issue. Received no response all night. There are no staff at the Riad from evening onwards and you are left to fend for yourselves. Eventually, after waiting and waiting, we picked out one of the unoccupied open rooms on our floor, moved all our stuff there, and slept the night (and following night as well) there with the air conditioning on of course.
We did not receive any breakfast on our first morning.
