El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo. Las habitaciones están muy bien y la terraza (con su piscina) es inmejorable. El desayuno es muy completo. La verdad es que la estancia fue muy placentera.
El aire acondicionado debería funcionar mejor. Había momentos del día en el que hacia bastante calor en la habitación. Por lo demás, todo fue muy bien.

The staff is very helpful, we arrived late at night and they waited for us (even came to pick us up from the Medina entrance so we didn't have to walk alone). They gave us tips on things to do during our stay, and even offered us a drink when we were at the pool.
The room was smaller than we expected. The shower door was transparent, it lacked privacy since we were two friends sharing the room.

The staff are friendly.
1. Booked a twin bed room and we got a double bed room; 2. We told the hotel staff that we would leave the hotel early next day and they said they would ask the kitchen staff to prepare breakfast earlier for us. However, at the next day morning, we noticed that the breakfast was not ready and we found out that the kitchen staff was not aware that we needed to leave earls. 3. Car cannot stop in front of the Riad therefore the hotel staff needed to get extra manpower to pick up our baggage from where the car dropped us off. However, in the morning that we left the Riad, that extra manpower was no show therefore the Riad staff had to call another guy to come helping to move the baggage to where the car was. We've been waiting for a long time and eventually it's like 30 minutes late. Luckily we didn't have a flight to catch otherwise it'd be disaster!
