The location is great, with a lot of bar, restaurants, coffee shop nearby, let alone the front beach and the Church within 10 minute walk. The facilities and the building are a bit old fashioned, although still usable. There is a coffee and ice cream resto next door (in the Grand Hotel, actually, same place, same operator and owner). The staff is polite, friendly and helpful.
The staff are not always available. We arrived at noon and nobody at the front door. We had to ask for parking, and also had to carry our luggage inside the hotel. There was only one bell boy who is very friendly and helpful, but one man seemed not enough for all guests. The breakfast is so so although there are a large variety.
The shower is not user-friendly and not comfortable. The chair in my room is too old that it seems not to be able to carry my weight.

Good location to many places. Short trip from hotel to beaches.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. The food for breakfast was great and well made and priced.
Was quiet for the location near some bars.
My room was next to the veranda and the lights were shining in all night, couldn’t quite darken the room that well with the curtains.

The facility is old. There is mold in the bathroom, and the door is peeling off. It doesn’t deserve 4 stars. However, the service is good, and the breakfast is excellent.
